Welcome to Bazzcards. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bazzcards services, including our website, mobile app, and NFC business card products. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any Bazzcards service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

Services Description

Bazzcards provides digital business card creation, sharing, and lead capture services. We offer:

• Digital business card creation and management
• NFC-enabled physical business cards
• Lead capture and contact sharing features
• Team management tools
• Integration with third-party services

Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your information remains accurate and up-to-date

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bazzcards to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Use automated means to scrape or harvest data without permission
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Bazzcards. By using our service, you grant us a license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. You warrant that you have the rights to the content you share.

Subscription and Billing

Personal Plan

Our Personal plan is free to use with basic features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

Teams Plan

Teams plans are billed per user per month. Billing begins on the date you upgrade. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

NFC Cards

Physical NFC cards are sold separately and are subject to additional terms:

• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change
• Shipping costs apply and vary by destination
• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days
• Delivery times vary by location
• NFC cards include a 30-day satisfaction guarantee

Intellectual Property

The Bazzcards name, logo, design, and all related materials are our property. You may not use our branding without written permission. The underlying technology and software are protected by intellectual property rights.

Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party applications and services. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or make changes to our services. We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BAZZCARDS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bazzcards and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data retention policies apply as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.
